Cantabrigian Boat House, Cambridge
We helped the Cantabrigian Boat Club to obtain planning permission for a portacabin to enhance the facilities for the club, and particularly disabled Members in May 2008. The principle issues involved were access, landscape and in respect of TPO trees.
We are currently assisting the Boat Club with a planning application to expand and extend other facilities that it has on the banks of the River Cam.
We understand from our client that there was quite an epic journey to get the cabin to the facilities and this is shown here.
