We secured planning permission for the sensitive conversion of the former hospital to residential accommodation. Alsop Verrill co-ordinated the activities of consultants dealing with the loss of the former community facility and conservation area aspects of this development, as well as producing a detailed Planning Statement to support the planning application.
Since obtaining the grant of planning permission and negotiating a S106 agreement, we have dealt with the discharge of the numerous conditions attached to the planning permission. The 14 luxury apartments are now well on course to completion some of which have fantastic views towards Windsor Castle.
