Client: Local Residents
Authority: Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea

We helped local residents defeat an appeal by Harrods Limited for additional late night restaurant and events use of a Georgian large restaurant and the Food Halls. The appeal was dismissed on grounds of residential amenity. This included appearing as an expert planning witness at the Public Inquiry, where the local residents were represented by Martin Edwards of 39 Essex Street.
