Householder Applications

We obtained planning permission in September 2007, following a local Hearing for two proposals for the extension of the first floor and extension/conversion of a loft into an attic in Inner Park Road, Wimbledon, SW19. We were able to demonstrate to the inspector that the proposals would preserve and enhance the character and appearance of Victoria Drive Conservation Area and would not have any adverse effect on the living conditions of adjoining properties through overlooking, overshadowing or visual impact.

We get called upon to help people with planning applications for new houses or interesting extensions and adaptations in planning sensitive situations, such as Listed Buildings, Conservation Areas and Green Belts. These usually entail quality bespoke architecture and construction and finish to the highest standard. In this respect, we are proud to be associated with TP McManus and Co Ltd, which has a record of excellence in places like Oxshott, Esher and St George’s Hill.
