We obtained planning permission for an underground swimming pool and conservatory extension at a large private house in the Metropolitan Green Belt. We coordinated the planning application, prepared the Planning Statement and coordinated expert flood risk and arboricultural consultants.
In a subsequent planning application, Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council decided to refuse planning permission for a tennis court on the basis that it harmed the openness of the Green Belt.
