We acquired a planning permission a 50,000sqft retail floorspace from London Borough Tower Hamlets. The scheme comprised a planning permission for about 200 – 210 quality affordable homes for the keyworkers at the Royal Hospital in Whitechapel, as well as 14 new Georgian style houses on Cephas Avenue.
