We prepared and submitted an appeal against the refusal of planning permission by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for an extension to a house within the Kensington Conservation Area. We successfully demonstrated to the Appeal Inspector that the proposed extension would not adversely affect the character and appearance of the conservation area. The appeal was allowed.
