St Peter's Park, Radstock

We continue to work with Oval Estates on the now ongoing development of this site in Radstock for around 100 residential dwellings and approximately 3,000 sq m of commercial floorspace. Subsequent to our participation on its behalf in the Local Plan process, we helped achieve for the landowner the allocation of the entire site on the Bath and North East Somerset Local Plan for mixed-use housing and commercial development. A planning application was submitted and approved and development is now well underway.
